With Singapore property prices sky-rocketing, is it the right time to invest in Malaysia?

Southbay Plaza will offer sea views off the Penang coastline. At 4.19 acres, it’s a quite a large development, and location-wise it offers a good balance of city living and a more resort-style residence. Close to historic sites like the War Museum and Cheng Ho Footprint Temple, the Batu Maung district is a lively one, and this site would suit professionals in particular.
