Potential buyers get to enjoy virtual tours of properties

Two Internet-based property portals are now offering potential buyers virtual 360-degree interior and exterior views of properties anytime anywhere.

iProperty.com.my and iLuxury.com.my, subsidiaries of Asia-based IPGA Ltd, have introduced the new technology called iVirtual which a number of local developers have adopted to enhance the property shopping experience for their potential buyers.

As iVirtual works synergistically with traditional marketing tools such as photographs, brochures and floor plans, it helps developers and agents to substantially increase the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns and improve sales results, said an IPGA statement today.

The executive chairman of iProperty.com.my, Patrick Grove, said iVirtual enables real estate developers and agents to take clients on site viewings any time of the day or night, making it a potent tool to better market properties to both local and international buyers via iProperty.com.my.

The developers who have adopted iVirtual include TA Properties (Damansara Idaman & Idaman Residence, Petaling Jaya), AP Land (myHabitat, Kuala Lumpur City Centre), Guthrie Properties (Denai Alam, Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur) and Negara Properties (3Residen, Melawati, Kuala Lumpur).
