As the Chief Financial Officer, Rod is responsible for the management of the Company’s finances and the fulfillment of its reporting obligations.  Rod has 15 years experience in finance with 10 of those in senior commercial and strategic leadership roles.  He has worked across a variety of industries in Australia, the UK, Europe and Asia.  Prior to joining IPGA Rod was the C.F.O and Company Secretary at Webjet Limited (ASX: WEB), he holds a degree in Commerce and is a Certified Practicing Accountant
