Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for driving the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) for assigned products with a focus on paying customers. The role has oversight of the entire end-to-end product management process, working closely with IT, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Customer Marketing & Communications and Consumer Marketing to provide fully supported products.
What will your day look like?
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research from various sources
- Developing and managing a clear and detailed product roadmap to entrench our customers and consumers
- Driving the marketing mix and ensure all parts of the product development and delivery are coordinated
- Ensuring smooth internal coordination with various key stakeholders
- Providing support to Sales and Marketing as a “Product Specialist” by providing timely information and training as required
- Developing and implementing a company-wide “Go-to-Market” plan, working with all departments to execute
- Providing regular reporting of product performance to key stakeholders
What are we looking for?
- Three (3 ) years of working experience in a customer orientated environment
- Experience in relevant function in a digital or online industry
- Hands-on experience in product brand management, product development, planning & budgeting and implementation of A & P activities in digital or online media industry
- Ability to understand the needs of our customers
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- A excellent team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Someone with positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation
- Enthusiasm for the business you work in
- Able to multi-task and adhere to timelines
- Outstanding attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
