To actively manage and retain the Agent customer base by developing long term and enduring relationships. This will be achieved by deepening customer relationships with frequent, consistent and meaningful communication to ensure full use of our products and services.

What you will be doing?

  • To manage a defined Agent customer base.
  • Ensure new customers are transitioned from the Business Development Managers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer that have been assigned to your care.
  • Engage in regular and frequent communication with customers.
  • Make the communication with customers meaningful and communicate value.
  • Up sell new and additional advertising products and services

What are the requirements?

  • Self confident individual with at least one (1) year of sales /business development experience.
  • Pleasant personality, good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be aggressive, self driven & able to work independently under minimum supervision.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Ability to understand the needs of our customers
